TO RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT:

RETURN POLICY

•  28 Day Returns - items must be returned within 28 days after arrival.
• Item/s must not have been worn, still have tags, in the original packaging & in a resell-able condition.
  
• Returns postage is covered by customer
• Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
• Underwear and Socks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Sale items are ineligible for a refund and if returned a credit note will be issued.

Please ensure all returns are sent via recorded/signed delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages caused during the return of goods.

HOW TO RETURN 

• Send the item with a note with your order number and reason of return.
• Please make sure you keep a record of the return tracking number.
• The cost of the return is covered by the customer.
• Returns address lower down the page.
