Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

• Items must be in a resellable condition.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed once it arrives with us.

Please note:

• Underwear and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If returned, a credit note will be issued instead.

How to Return

To return an item, please send it to the address below and include a note with your order number and reason for return.

We strongly recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. The cost of the return must be covered by the customer.
